Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup (58g) dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (235g) creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup (156g) honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 
  • 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 scoop Thrive Essentials Chocolate Slender Shake powder
  • 1 and 1/2 cups (160g) old-fashioned oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


    Instructions:

    1. COMBINE: In a large bowl, add the chocolate chips, 1 cup creamy peanut butter, 1/2 cup honey/maple syrup, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 1/8 teaspoon sea salt, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1 and 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer, beat until the mixture is well combined.

    2. SCOOP: Using a cookie scoop or 1-tablespoon measuring spoon, scoop even-sized amounts of dough and roll them into balls. Place on a parchment-paper-lined plate and freeze for 15 minutes before eating.

    3. STORAGE: Store in the fridge for 1-2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Enjoy!
